Total Body Restoration 60/90 - This session is goal oriented where we work with you to help restore your quality of life. Perfect for anyone dealing with chronic pain, tense, tight, achy or have restrictions in their daily activities. Our skilled and licensed massage therapists use various modalities including: cupping, scrapping, stretching, pressure point therapy and structural integration, to address your specific needs. At your first visit we will do a thorough intake process to better understand your concerns & assess your movement patterns. Our therapist will discuss your preferences and explain the massage process to ensure the best results. We work with you to determine the best treatment plan that fits your budget and lifestyle. As a new client, please allow for 20 extra minutes, at no extra charge for the intake process - this time is separate and does not take away from your treatment time. You should dress in fitted gym attire for the session.
Total Body Relaxation 60/90 - This session is centered around calming the mind and relaxing the body. We start with guided breathe work & complimentary aromatherapy to set the tone. This practice helps ease the mind and prepare the body for the ultimate stress relieving, body relaxing and mind calming massage experience. Our skilled therapists use long, gliding strokes to promote complete relaxation. Whole body massage is the focus during this session, with little focus on tension points and focus areas.
Total Body Prenatal 90 - This session in centered around giving mom exactly what her body needs while doing the difficult work of growing a whole tiny human. We use caution to ensure mom and baby are safe at all times, while providing relaxation and relief.
Chair Massage 30 - This session is centered around time and convenience. We understand your busy and on the go, so we created this quick massage option to provide relief to tense, tired muscles in a timely manner. Perfect for anyone who is on a time crunch.
