Policies

At Total Body Niche, LLC we prioritize the satisfaction of our clients.

To ensure we are able to provide the best possible service to all our clients we have established policies. With these policies in place, we can offer fair and transparent services that optimize the experience for both our clients and staff.

Our promise to you as our spa client:

You will be provided a clean, comfortable, judgement free and safe environment.

Appointments

Cancel or Reschedule

We ask that you please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you do not cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before you are scheduled , we are unable to refund your booking fee. 

Booking Fee

Paying a booking fee reserves your appointment time. The booking fee is applied to your total service amount due on the day of your treatment. 

If you cancel your appointment time with less than a 24 hour notice, we are unable to refund the booking fee. 

If you reschedule your appointment with less than a 24 hour notice, we are unable to roll the booking fee to the new appointment. 

No Shows

If you "no show" your scheduled appointment we are unable to refund your booking fee.

Furthermore, your card on file will be charged the remaining balance due for the scheduled session, to total 100% of the service scheduled. 

Late Arrivals

We understand matters out of your control can delay your arrival time.  If we are able to accommodate your late arrival we are happy to do so, if not, we will work with you for the remainder of your scheduled session. The treatment will still be charged as a full service.

Right to refuse service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is displaying inappropriate behavior.

Children

Your babies are most welcome!

Just keep in mind they may be disruptive to your relaxing experience. 

We suggest bringing them something that will keep their little minds entertained. 

Preparing for your appointment

Bodywork/Massage: Please complete & submit the intake form in advance of your scheduled appointment. The form should be completed thoroughly and correctly. If you are scheduled for Total Body Restoration massage please be sure you are in active wear, that you are able to move freely in for any stretching techniques we may need to incorporate. We want to ensure we are able to offer exceptional service and in doing so we welcome you to communicate your preferences, expectations and concerns. 

Facials + Body Treatments: Please complete & submit the intake form in advance of your scheduled appointment. The form should be completed thoroughly and correctly. Be sure to list all medications, vitamins, allergies, and provide us with a complete list of all the products you are using on your skin. Refrain from using any retinoid products or exfoliating ingredients on our your skin at least 72 hours before your treatment. 

Waxing: Please complete & submit the intake form in advance of your scheduled appointment. The form should be completed thoroughly and correctly. Be sure to list all medications, vitamins & allergies. Your hair must be a quarter inch or longer to ensure a good outcome. Gently exfoliate your skin a day prior to your wax appointment. Wear loose fitting clothing. If you are scheduled to have your intimate area waxed, be sure to freshen up before your session. You may take an an ibuprofen 30 minutes before your appointment time to help ease the discomfort.

Virtual Consultation

Please ensure you are available & free of distractions by our scheduled call time. 

We are allowed 45 minutes for your virtual consultation. 

Please be sure to complete and submit your intake form thoroughly before your call. 

"No show" will not be refunded.

If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled virtual consult. 

Included in the virtual consult:

-Access to Regina 24/7; you can reach out with any questions or concerns

-$50 discount applied to your full skin care regimen cost

-If products do not work for you, we will gladly buy them back*

-One complimentary follow-up consult: 6 weeks after you have started using your products

We offer a buy back guarantee if a skincare product causes an adverse reaction.

In order for us buy your products back you must follow the following steps:

1.Within 24 hours you must reach out to Regina with a pictures and a detailed account of what happened.

2. Must be within 2 weeks of your original purchase.

*Excludes purging, which is a natural process your skin can experience when introducing new active ingredients to the skin. Regina will determine if the reaction was due to the product or an ingredient in the product. She will also determine if we are able to issue the buy back guarantee.
