Service Description
We understand coming into the office for treatment is just not possible for some of you. We have created a virtual skin care consultation option to give you access to our licensed esthetician online. This service is scheduled for 45 minutes. We will take a deep dive into your skin goals, concerns and lifestyle. During this consult product recommendations will be provided to meet your needs. Included in the virtual consult: -Access to Regina 24/7; you can reach out with any questions or concerns -$50 discount applied to your full skin care regimen cost -If products do not work for you, we will gladly buy them back* -One complimentary follow-up consult; 6 weeks after you have started using your products. *Product buy back: must be within 2 weeks of original purchase. The product buy back option is available to you if your skin has had an adverse reaction to the recommended product. You must document with pictures and reach out to Regina within 24 hours of the reaction, with a detailed account of what happened. Excludes purging, purging is a natural process that your skin can go through when you introduce new, active ingredients. Regina will determine if the cause of your reaction was due to the product or an ingredient.
Cancellation Policy
Please read and acknowledge our cancellation policy. We appreciate you as our customer and want to ensure availability to all new and existing clients. In the instance that you may need to cancel your scheduled appointment the following will apply: -If you do not cancel your scheduled appointment time before 24 hours of said appointment, we will not issue a refund of the booking fee. Also, your card of file will be charged half the cost of the service treatment(s) you were scheduled for. If you are scheduled and "No Show" your scheduled appointment time half the cost of your scheduled treatment will be charged to the card of file.
